I've been a CEO, I've  held  global  and  regional  strategy  roles  for  a  big  multinational, and  I've  led Inclusion  and  Diversity  across  APAC. 

Across  all  of  these  hats  I  keep  seeing leaders trying to raise productivity and improve ways of working, but often failing to create real behaviour change. Why? And how can we do better?

I founded Productivity Bargain to help businesses structure work for sustainable high performance based on two surprising truths:
